Tokushima Bunri University ,entered into a sister-school relationship with
Vancouver comniunity College in 1988 and in 1995 with Langara College,
also in Vancouver, Canada. Since then, there has been a close association
involving the exchange of faculty and students. |

An Agreement of Academic Cooperation was signed between Tokushima Bunri
University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in l995. |

An Agreement of Academic Cooperation was concluded between the Indiana
University School of Medicine and Tokushima Bunri University. The two universities
have agreed to stimulate cooperative research work and exchange researchers,
teaching staff, and publications. |

An Agreement of Academic Cooperation was signed between Vietnam National
University Hanoi and Tokushima Bunri University. |

| 2000 |
 |
After several years of exchanges between Tokushima Bunri University and
University of Music and Performing Arts of Vienna, in 2000 a formal agreement
was signed. One result is that professors from Vienna now come to Bunri
to offer summer and winter cooperative seminars. |

Tokushima Bunri University wanted to focus more on music treatment and
conducted a mutual agreement with Shenandoah University, Virginia USA whose
professors actively pursue research on this topic.
One such renowned professor is Michael Rohrbacher who comes as a visiting
professor to help educate Bunri students in such a field. |

This photo commemorates the official day when Tokushima Bunri University
became a member of the American Music Therapy Association. This group has
about 5000 Directors of Music Therapy and includes participants from approximately
48 countries. Through this agreement, Bunri aims to pray a central role
in the education of music therapy in Japan. |
